Had a lost of mail in mail queue
In exchange server 2007 .
I use Mail Queue View tool ,there is a lot of mail queue wait for send,
it like litter mail,
The property of it like this:

and what can I do?

Me too,
I got a lot of mails like this, can anyone help us to aviod this kind of spam mails?
